Common reasons an item lands on clearance: - Overstock — we (or a contractor) ordered more than the project consumed - Unused returns from completed builds — material left over after a job, returned in good condition - Discontinued — manufacturer no longer produces the SKU, color, or finish  Quantities are limited. Once they&rsquo;re gone, they&rsquo;re gone — we generally can&rsquo;t restock at the same price.

Yes. All clearance items are sold strictly as-is. By purchasing a clearance item you accept the product in its current condition. Can I mix clearance items with regular products?

Yes. Add clearance and regular products to the same cart. The whole cart is then routed through Request a Quote so we can package them on a single order with one freight charge.  Important: All items in a quote-required cart are subject to the clearance terms above. Returns on the regular-priced items in that order follow our standard 180-day return policy; the clearance items remain final-sale.

What if my clearance item arrives damaged in transit?

Inspect every clearance shipment within 24 hours of delivery and document any transit damage with photos and the carrier&rsquo;s delivery receipt. Transit damage is handled differently from product condition:  - Transit damage (forklift, dropped pallet, water exposure during shipping) — file a freight claim with photos within 24 hours and we&rsquo;ll help coordinate with the carrier - Product condition (anything present at the source warehouse — batch/dye-lot differences, age-related wear, packaging condition) — final, no claim  When in doubt, contact your account rep or email support@thesalesport.com immediately.
