We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made through approved payment methods. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Service, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition within the specified return period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping through a promotional program or spending threshold, you are responsible for return shipping costs to the nearest SalesPort fulfillment hub. Promotional shipping benefits apply to the original order only and do not cover return shipments.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SalesPort or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalesPort, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
